These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cottonraye.com and certain communications and services provided by Cotton-Raye Construction ("Cotton-Raye," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website, submitting a service request, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or otherwise communicating with Cotton-Raye, you agree to these Terms where applicable.
Specific construction, handyman, custom closet, home concierge, estate management, or other projects may also be governed by a separate estimate, proposal, contract, work order, or service agreement. If a provision of a signed project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed project agreement will control for that project.
Services
Cotton-Raye provides residential and commercial property-related services, which may include custom closets, handyman services, construction and remodeling services, home concierge services, estate management, maintenance, repairs, and related services.
Services available may vary by location, property, project requirements, scheduling availability, licensing requirements, and other factors.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting an estimate does not guarantee that Cotton-Raye will accept or perform a project.
Estimates and Proposals
Any estimate, proposal, scope of work, pricing, deposit requirement, projected schedule, payment schedule, warranty, or other project-specific condition will be provided separately when applicable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an estimate or website inquiry does not create a binding agreement to perform work.
Changes to the requested work, unforeseen site conditions, customer-requested additions, material changes, or circumstances discovered after work begins may affect pricing and scheduling.
Scheduling
Appointment and project times may be estimates and may change because of project conditions, weather, supplier availability, previous appointments, emergencies, staffing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and project information.
Where applicable, customers must provide reasonable access to the property and work areas at agreed times and disclose known conditions that could affect the safety or performance of the work.
Additional responsibilities may be included in a project-specific agreement.
Payments
Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, payment methods, due dates, and any applicable fees will be stated on the relevant estimate, proposal, contract, or invoice.
Customers are responsible for paying approved charges according to the agreed payment terms.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Use of those services may also be governed by the provider's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Electronic Communications
When you provide your contact information to Cotton-Raye, we may communicate with you by telephone, email, text message, or other electronic means in connection with your inquiry, requested services, projects, appointments, estimates, invoices, or customer relationship.
Cotton-Raye SMS Messaging Program
Cotton-Raye Construction may provide text-message communications to customers and prospective customers who provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Cotton-Raye Construction.
After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that consent unless you subsequently opt in again.
